I’m a happy user of MC8 Pro but I would like to suggest 1 thing. I’ve searched the forum and could not find any mention of this. Would it be possible to add CC/PC or actually any type of MIDI message to Omniport external footswitch? It has a fixed list of commands now like MIDI tap tempo, bank jump etc. I’m using my MC8 Pro with Quad Cortex and would like to have a dedicated switch to toggle GigView. I’m sure more folks would appreciate it. Let me know if this is possible and I just missed it in manual.
Efit: I found and used the workaround with using X preset across all banks and assigning that to the footswitch but I would prefer to do it directly, not via preset.
