Expression CC (Linear) on MC6 Pro

I am able to change the value of a parameter by using a single position of the expression pedal. using the ‘Use Value from Expression’ option in the Editor.

when this is active and my expression pedal is at 87% the pedal will set that parameter to 87% of 127, but in order change the parameter again, I need to toggle off , change the expression pedal, then toggle again and the parameter will be set to the new value.

What I would like it to do is change the parameter as I move the expression pedal as seen on the YouTube video titled " Using an Expression Pedal together with MIDI - Morningstar MIDI Controller" found on the Morningstar Engineering channel.

its seems like the old software/ midi use the Expression CC (Linear) and Expression CC (Scaled) control types to do this, which I would expect to be here in the editor:

Are these CC types not available for the MC6 pro yet? Am I looking in the wrong place?

I have the same exact issue, and for the fact no one but me has responded yet it doesn’t look encouraging. Did you happen to find an answer on your own?

You’ll find those controls in the expression presets for each bank. They’re not available for regular presets.
