I assigned CC numbers to FX bypass the 4 effect slots: the issue is, if a preset has, say, pedal 1 as ON already, I will have to press my controller switch twice for the pedal to go off (as I programmed it to send ON in pos.1 and then OFF in pos.2) - viceversa if I switch positions then the issue remains if a pedal is already OFF, requiring me to tap twice - is there a way to “tell” the MC6 pro to switch from whatever state the preset is? I couldn’t find a way
Hi,
apparently the VP4 can’t send midi messages. The only way to keep your presets in sync would be to manage everything by the MC. Start your VP presets in a clean state (everything turned off), recall the presets via the MC and turn on the desired effects.
There are multiple ways to set this up. If you could elaborate on your workflow I might be able to help you with that.

thanks - I think since a recent firmware it can send message but I still do not think it can sync up properly. I just hit Mark up at Fractal and they added this request to the wish list

you could likley do it via pseudo sync using toggle groups and messages and set toggle its hopw i sorted the sync on my axe fx… its not automatic but once sorted its pretty quick to program and keeps everything in sync with my scenes so no double tapping…
