MC6 and a Strymon Conduit
I’m always unsure what goes out and in to what…

Two rules for connecting MIDI devices: (a) MIDI Out on one device connects to MIDI In on another; (b) connect devices in the order that the signal flows. For your setup, I’d probably go MC6 Out → ML5 In; ML5 Out → Conduit In.
