Can the MIDI monitor show MIDI channel?

Hi there,

Unless I’m missing something basic, the MIDI monitor doesn’t show basic MIDI info like the channel or PC/CC data - is that right?

It does…

For CC messages:
Data 1 = Number
Data 2 = Value

For PC messages:
Data 1 = Number

Thanks @James, sorry for the delay - back on this.

The reason I’m confused is because I see no data unless I hit the ‘Show activity Monitor’ button, but this screen doesn’t show any channel info.

The MC6 Pro is definitely sending data because the Ottobit turns on, I just don’t see anything in the initial screen of the MIDI monitor.

Do you know what I might be doing wrong or misunderstanding?
