Ok short story, so this problem was hard to fix because it was randomly happening to some users. The latest firmware reduced that number of users affected to a very small number. We managed to get a unit back from one of these users last week, and managed to replicate the problem and finally pinpointed the problem and solution.
We’ll release an official firmware early next week, but in the meantime, can you try this firmware?
