Basic Programming from Laptop.... HELP!

Hi all

Complete Noob here. Can someone direct me to a video / help re basic programming. I’m using this to control a Hughes and Kettner Grand Meister 36. The shop gave me a basic lesson - but now when I plug it into the editor our ‘test’ patches don’t even show in it. Aren’t they supposed to show? We did three… What if we were simply editing the 100 odd already set up?

Hi,
of course the presets on your controller are supposed to show in the editor.
It’s hard to tell why they don’t.
But first thing would be to make sure that the firmware is up to date.
