Due to using Stymon PSU’s, I use the USB connection but for some unkown reason it does not work anymore (I have posted this in another chat) MC4 Pro is listed clearly (not greyed out) in midi studio.
An example is, when I change profile all the from 1 to 2, I have profile 1 bank name listed. Another example is, when just connecting using bluetooth the bank names remain empty.
A day later… Now stuck with using bluetooth, and powered from USB, I am finding my configuration on the editor not updating at all. This is a problem that I reported a while ago. There is clearly a problem with bluetooth & usb comms.
In summary, using USB will power on MC4, but does not connect to teh editor despite all is Ok on Midi Studio.
So I use bluetooth, but comms is no good. Is my MC4 defective as it is still under wartanty.

I am also having trouble with Bluetooth. Using my Mac, I hardly ever can save changes or even switch banks. Sometimes I think that it got saved, but then I switch presets or disconnect and reconnect and nothing was saved. Bluetooth with iOS works great. USB also works for me. I have no idea what the problem could be.
