I programmed my MC6PRO to remotely control the Analogman AMAZE1 controller which connects to the ARDX20 Dual Analog Delay. This lets your MC6PRO act just like the AMAZE1. The drawback is that you won’t have visual feedback since you would probably want to hide the AMAZE1 away under the pedal board. The way the AMAZE1 works with navigating its features essentially requires you to see the pedals menu. I’m currently placing the AMAZE1 on the my board. The main things I get from this setup is: 1. Use one switch for tap tempo to all pedals. 2. Visual feedback of AMAZE1 controller state.
I could program a switch for MOD and TAP but, the AMAZE1 is already on my board and it’s pretty quick to just use the AMAZE1 to turn on/off MOD. I’m slowly working on optimizing my setup so that I can maximize board space and feature use. The next thing I want to try out is being able to select a preset on the AMAZE1 using the MC6PRO. But then again, you can’t adjust tempo on the fly in preset mode. I ended up creating a guide for the AMAZE1 so, I’ll update it with my results.
Use a 1/8" to 1/4" TRS cable.
Use a Relay Port on the MC6PRO
In settings ensure relay port is Tip NO && Ring NO
Configure the MC6PRO presets per the screenshots.
Enjoy!
