Add buttons to Bank Change Mode (BCM) to allow toggling bank.
Many ways to do this but here’s an idea (for an MC6 config):
- Clicking D button selects Page 1 (and changes label to indicate selection)
- Clicking F button selects Page 2 (and changes label to indicate selection)
- Upon entry to BCM indicate on D or F label currently selected page
- Clicking B button goes to selected page (on the selected Bank)
Bonus Points:
- Clicking E button cancels out without and Page (or Bank) change.
