i just got an mc6 pro and the screens are a bit… harsh? just not as pleasant or color-accurate as they seem in photos and videos. is there any way to adjust the contrast or brightness?

it’s actually too harsh for me to use (sadly), i haven’t really since posting this.
You can adjust the brightness, though currently on the MC6 PRO itself (not the editor).
Just press D+F to enter the menu, then go to Global config. You’ll see a setting there for brightness

@james, I just wanted to revisit this topic: is there any way to add a screen brightness control to the editor? It seems a bit weird having so many global controller settings in the editor, but not screen brightness.
Yes it was an oversight. We’ll get it added in today to the beta firmwares.

Hi,
just check the ‘firmware update’ tab in the editor. Choose a version and click on ‘next’.
Note: If you load a beta firmware you should be using the ‘beta editor’.
