What I assumed was default behavior no longer works. I did not set this dual lock mentioned in an article but it works from my bank 1 to bank 2 going up but no further up. (not sure if you can bank down to empty or non created banks but starting at 1 and going down does nothing)
Check the custom bank arrangement in the controller settings tab and see if the custom bank arrangement is turned on.
If you can bank up to bank 2 and no further, check that you don’t have a “looper mode” message added in the Bank 2 bank preset.
If the issue persist, please do a backup and share the file
