I have a MC6Pro and ML10X plugged in via its usb host. I also have a 2 button Aux switch plugged into omniport 3. When i click the aux switch (tip=J preset) to toggle any loops on the 10X it wont unless i unplug the USB from either then it acts as normal. But when i have position 1 set to engage loop and position 2 to bypass it works with the usb plugged in.
Not sure if im doing something wrong or its a bug

Do you have the ML10X connected to the MC6 PRO via both the USB host and DIN MIDI OUT port? If so, what is happening is that the ML10X messges are being sent and received via both the USB and DIN outputs, so the loops are actually toggling twice and hence it looks like nothing is happening.

Sorry for the delayed response. Just had a baby so everything got put on hold lol. This was the issue! I had it configured to ignore midi and i thought it would be a passthrough only port when i did that.
Now i have it strictly plugged in through USB and its perfect
